Full-Time Senior Manager, Executive Communications

• Build and lead an external communications framework for the CFO.
• Identify and secure high-profile speaking opportunities.
• Prepare the CFO for key engagements through scripts, rehearsals, and briefing materials.
• Deliver high-quality executive-level content such as speeches, blogs, and social media.
• Develop narratives and storytelling concepts that elevate the CFO’s profile.
• Partner with agencies and cross-functional teams to support CFO visibility, corporate strategy/M&A communications, and analyst relations.
• Partner closely with internal communications colleagues on town halls, org-wide updates, and Global Leadership Team support.
• Advise and support Finance leaders on external communication needs.

• Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes.
• 8–10 years corporate communications, public relations, or executive communications experience
• Experience building and executing executive visibility and communications strategies.
• Exceptional messaging and writing skills.
• Experience crafting executive-level thought leadership and social strategies aligned to external visibility programs.
• Experience working with senior executives, including C-level leaders.
