What you'll do

• Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
• Modeling & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and analyze key models (operating plan, pipeline plan, headcount model). Forecast revenue and provide insights.
• Measurement & Reporting: Define revenue performance measurement and reporting. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate complex data findings clearly to leaders. Partner with business analytics to build data assets and define data requirements.

What you'll bring

• 8+ years of data analytics experience.
• 5+ years of team leadership experience.
• Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
• Data visualization and BI tool expertise (e.g., Tableau).
• CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
• Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.
