What you'll do
- Team Leadership: Lead and develop a high-performing analytics team.
- Modeling & Analysis: Develop, maintain, and analyze key models (operating plan, pipeline plan, headcount model). Forecast revenue and provide insights.
- Measurement & Reporting: Define revenue performance measurement and reporting. Design, implement, and maintain a comprehensive reporting suite.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Communicate complex data findings clearly to leaders. Partner with business analytics to build data assets and define data requirements.
What you'll bring
- 8+ years of data analytics experience.
- 5+ years of team leadership experience.
- Strong SQL and advanced Excel skills.
- Data visualization and BI tool expertise (e.g., Tableau).
- CRM experience (e.g., Salesforce).
- Experience with statistical modeling and machine learning.
