We are seeking a Senior Manager, IT Strategy and Transformation to join our growing team!

Role Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute IT strategies aligned with business goals.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage technology for growth and efficiency.
  • Lead and manage large-scale IT transformation projects.
  • Collaborate with IT, Product, Business, and other departments for seamless integration.
  • Support strategic initiatives through financial analysis.
  • Provide IT updates to executive teams.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies.
  • Establish and monitor KPIs for IT strategies.
  • Support organizational effectiveness and culture initiatives.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing IT team.
  • Identify potential IT project risks and develop mitigation plans.
  • Stay updated on emerging technology trends.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
  • 6+ years of IT management or consulting experience, focusing on strategy and transformation.
  • Proven track record in leading large-scale IT projects and managing cross-functional teams.
  • Strong understanding of IT strategy, digital transformation, and change management.
  • Excellent leadership, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
