Senior Manager, People Solutions, Altisource Solutions, Inc. seeks a Senior Manager, People Solutions to oversee robust analytics frameworks for workforce trends, employee engagement, retention, and diversity.
Utilize advanced analytics to identify patterns and correlations informing HR process and policy improvements.
Partner with cross-functional teams to translate data insights into actionable recommendations for recruitment, performance management, succession planning, and other HR initiatives.
Develop and execute the strategic vision for the People Analytics function and HR Centers of Excellence aligning with organizational goals.
Lead a team of HR analysts, providing guidance, mentorship, and support to drive performance and foster collaboration and innovation.
Collaborate with senior leadership to identify emerging trends, challenges, and opportunities related to employee experience, talent management, and organizational effectiveness.
Provide strategic direction and oversight to the Centers of Excellence (CoEs) within HR, including Employee Experience and Performance Management.
Collaborate with CoE leaders to develop and implement innovative solutions, programs, and initiatives to attract, develop, and retain top talent.
Ensure alignment and consistency in HR practices and policies across regions and business units while accommodating local nuances.
Lead change management efforts for organizational transformation initiatives, including restructuring activities.
Partner with stakeholders to assess organizational needs, identify gaps, and develop targeted interventions to enhance employee engagement, performance, and productivity.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and development championing professional growth and knowledge-sharing initiatives within the HR community.
May telecommute from anywhere in the U.S. and report to the company's headquarters in Alpharetta, Georgia.
Minimum Requirements: Master's degree in HR, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and two years of Data Analytics experience; OR Bachelor's degree in HR, Statistics, Analytics, or related field and five years of Data Analytics experience. Foreign degree equivalents accepted.
