We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Microsoft 365 Collaboration Architect with a strong focus on SharePoint Admin, Exchange Online, OneDrive and MS Teams.
This role involves designing, implementing, and supporting comprehensive Microsoft 365 solutions to drive digital transformation and optimize IT processes for our clients.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in managing and deploying Microsoft 365 services and will possess excellent project management and leadership skills.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Administer & Manage: Oversee Microsoft 365 Collaboration environment, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, OneDrive for Business, Power Platform, and related services.
- Optimize & Secure: Ensure the availability, performance, reliability, and security of Microsoft 365 platforms. Conduct regular audits to monitor and optimize usage and security.
- Voice Services: Integrate with Voice services, Implement Teams Direct Routing, Teams Calling plans, Integrations with AudioCodes SBC.
- License Management: Support licensing management and assignments with the Software Asset Management team.
- Implement & Update: Plan, pilot, and implement updates and new features released by Microsoft. Communicate changes effectively to users.
- Collaborate: Work with IT team members and stakeholders to define and implement Microsoft 365 services that enhance user experience and productivity. Ensure security standards and policies are adhered to.
- Technical Support: Provide expert support and guidance to end users for Microsoft 365-related issues.
- Mentor & Lead: Coach and mentor junior team members, incorporating best practices and lessons learned into applications and solutions.
Required Skills
- Expert Knowledge: Deep understanding of Microsoft 365 suite, including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online, Entra ID, SSO, OneDrive, Teams, and Power Automate.
- PowerShell Proficiency: Advanced skills in PowerShell scripting for automation and management tasks.
- Technical Acumen: Strong grasp of networking concepts, Active Directory, and cloud computing principles.
- Problem Solving: Excellent problem-solving skills for troubleshooting complex technical issues.
- Broad Technical Base: Comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft 365 technical architecture and interdependencies with other enterprise services.
- Leadership: Strong leadership skills with experience leading teams.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Experience
- 7+ Years: Proven experience as a Microsoft 365 Engineer/Architect and Global Tenant admin in a Fortune 500 company or similar role.
- Proven experience in administering advanced global collaboration environments.
Education
- Degree: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in Microsoft 365 or related fields are a plus.
