Full-Time Senior Operations & Strategy Specialist

Sword Health is seeking a Senior Operations & Strategy Specialist to join their team in Portugal.

What you'll be doing:

• Data-Driven Improvements: Conduct in-depth data analysis to identify opportunities for program enhancement, guide strategic planning, and collaboratively develop and implement solutions;
• Operational Oversight: Oversee and optimize daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and regulatory compliance while driving customer satisfaction;
• Project Management: Manage strategic initiatives from inception to completion, delivering projects on time, within budget, and aligned with organizational goals;
• Team Leadership: Lead, motivate, and coach operations associates and clinicians, fostering a culture of high performance, engagement, and continuous improvement;
• Stakeholder Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with internal teams, customers, and vendors to support seamless collaboration and program success;
• Strategic Collaboration: Partner with expert clinicians to address complex cases, extract actionable insights, and scale improvements across the program;
• Financial Management: Monitor and control operational costs, implement cost-saving measures, and ensure efficient allocation of resources to maintain budgetary discipline.

What you need to have:

• Over 5 years of experience in consulting or scaling operations in a fast-growing startup;
• Exceptional analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with extensive proficiency in Looker, SQL, and Google Sheets;
• Strong execution bias, a hands-on approach, and the agility to adapt seamlessly to shifting priorities;
• Proven critical-thinking capabilities, sharp analytical acumen, and the ability to make clear, informed decisions;
• A proactive self-starter with a results-oriented mindset, capable of driving meaningful change independently;
• Demonstrated leadership experience, with a track record of effectively managing and inspiring high-performing teams.
