Job Details
We’re looking for a data-driven, strategic, and execution-oriented professional to help scale Noa Notes, our AI-powered product for healthcare professionals, in Brazil. This person will sit at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Operations, driving growth, efficiency, and process improvement.
What you will do:
- Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams to understand how Noa is performing and how to accelerate its adoption in Brazil.
- Design and execute experiments (such as A/B tests) to evaluate hypotheses, optimize user adoption, and scale product usage.
- Analyze data and channel performance to identify growth opportunities, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Support the scaling of operations by designing and implementing process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Provide insights to guide go-to-market strategies, helping align product capabilities with commercial goals.
- Collaborate with global and local stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports to track key metrics and share actionable insights with leadership.
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis (preferably within Marketing or Sales environments).
- Solid understanding of product and business dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of SQL for querying and exploring data.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills and a proactive, hands-on approach to problem-solving.
- English proficiency (B2/C1 - Level)
- Experience working in agile environments.
