We are a healthcare technology company providing platforms and solutions to improve pharmacy benefits management.
Position Summary:
The Senior PBM Implementation Manager leads client migrations onto RxSense’s products. Requires organizational skills, PBM expertise, and the ability to manage implementations.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and track the full implementation plan.
- Facilitate meetings with clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Serve as the primary client contact.
- Document action items and maintain communication.
- Identify and mitigate risks.
- Prepare status reports and presentations.
- Manage multiple implementations.
- Provide leadership and mentoring to junior team members.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts.
- Set work priorities independently.
- Follow company rules and guidelines.
- Perform other duties as required.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Business, Pharmacy, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in PBM, healthcare, or managed care.
- 2+ years of experience in implementation or project management roles.
- Experience with PBM systems (e.g., RxIQ Enterprise, Medispan).
- Project Management certification (PMP, CAPM, etc.) preferred.
- Experience with JIRA, Google Workspace & Microsoft Product Suite.
Remote position with limited travel.
