Full-Time Senior People Analytics Analyst

• Design, develop, and deliver advanced workforce analytics, dashboards, and reports using Power BI, Snowflake, and Workday.
• Build predictive and prescriptive models to support talent acquisition, retention, and engagement strategies.
• Deliver executive-ready presentations and workforce dashboards.
• Collaborate with leaders to identify analytical needs and develop KPIs.
• Partner with HR, Finance, Sales, Product, and IT teams to ensure data integrity across systems.
• Define and maintain data governance standards for people data.
• Design and enhance Workday data model to feed analytics and data pipelines.
• Manage the team’s analytics backlog, prioritize tasks, and oversee delivery.
• Automate recurring reports and analytical processes.

• Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics, Statistics, Economics, HR Analytics, or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in people analytics, HR reporting, or data analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Power BI, Snowflake, and Workday.
• Solid understanding of HR metrics and data structures.
• Excellent data storytelling, communication, and stakeholder partnership skills.
• Understanding of data modeling and ETL pipelines.
• Proactive, able to work independently, and take initiative.
• Collaborative attitude with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
