Full-Time Senior Product Analyst

As a Senior Product Analyst at Docplanner, you will generate insights for product decision-making and help product teams achieve their goals by leveraging data. You will own the team's metrics and work closely with stakeholders to generate and test hypotheses.

Key responsibilities include:

• Create and maintain dashboards, analyses, and forecasts related to team metrics.
• Work with management, business stakeholders, and researchers to create and validate hypotheses.
• Manipulate and transform large data sets to bring new insights and perform root-cause analysis.
• Communicate and present findings, insights, and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Help shape product strategy with data-driven insights, defining main metrics and customer journeys.
• Work with Data Engineering to maintain and improve data sources.
• Ensure visibility of customer interactions by defining specs for software instrumentation.
• Analyze funnels and Conversion rates, and validate hypotheses by taking the lead on experiments and A/B Tests.

Skills and Experiences:

• 5+ years of relevant experience in analytics, working with business KPIs and metrics.
• 2+ years working closely with product managers and user research teams.
• Fluency in SQL (essential).
• Experience with data visualization tools.
• Familiar with event-tracking tools.
• Familiar with Python and its ecosystem of Data Science libraries.
• Experience working with data warehouses (Redshift, Bigquery etc.).
• Great communication skills and stakeholder management.
• Fluent in manipulating, transforming, and reshaping data from multiple data sources.
• Doing root-cause analysis, applying statistical concepts.
• Contributing to data warehouses, creating aggregated data sets.
• Experience running A/B Tests and interpreting the results.

Bonus points:

• Git and version control (GitHub).
• Experience with building data pipelines with Airflow and defining data models with DBT.
• Having worked with scikit-learn, pytorch and other AI/ML Python frameworks.
• Experience in leading experimentation and AB testing initiatives.
