As a Senior Product Analyst, you’ll shape product decisions by defining success metrics and analyzing user behaviors. You will uncover growth levers that influence our roadmap. Beyond analytics, you’ll raise data fluency across product teams.
What You’ll Do
- Metrics & Measurement: Own product KPI frameworks and scale event tracking. Build dashboards and implement experimentation programs.
- Insights & Storytelling: Identify opportunity areas and communicate insights through compelling data stories.
- Innovation & Leadership: Partner on emerging technologies. Lead cross-functional initiatives and serve as a thought partner to product leaders.
Core Analytics Expertise
- 6-9 years in product analytics, data science, or business intelligence (B2B SaaS or fintech preferred).
- Mastery of SQL and fluency with modern BI and data tools.
- Deep knowledge of product metrics.
- Familiarity with event tracking schemas and tools.
- Hands-on experience with AI and ML techniques.
- Proven track record shaping experimentation programs.
Communication & Leadership
- Confident storyteller who translates analysis into actionable decisions.
- Skilled at influencing cross-functional teams.
