Job Details
We’re looking for a data-driven professional to help scale Noa Notes in Brazil. This person will drive growth, efficiency, and process improvement.
- Partner with Product and Go-to-Market teams.
- Design and execute experiments to optimize user adoption.
- Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
- Implement process improvements and automation initiatives.
- Provide insights to guide go-to-market strategies.
- Collaborate with stakeholders.
- Build and maintain dashboards to track key metrics.
- 4+ years of experience in Operations, Strategy Ops, Sales Ops, RevOps, or Data Analysis.
- Understanding of product and business dynamics.
- Basic knowledge of SQL.
- Experience with Power BI, Google Sheets, Google Analytics, or Looker Studio.
- Strong analytical skills.
- English proficiency (B2/C1 - Level)
- Experience working in agile environments.
- Have experience in tech companies or SaaS startups.
- Have worked with Python for automation or data analysis.
- Enjoy building scalable processes.
