Full-Time Senior Programmer Analyst

• As a Senior Developer, work closely with development teams and product teams.
• Responsible for ensuring the proper functioning of the Med-Urge product, keeping clients at the center of decision-making.
• Ensure smooth integration between the different components of the architecture.

Feature Development (80%):

• Help design/program high-risk elements.
• Diagnose and resolve the most complex technical issues.
• Understand and play a major role in the design and delivery cycle.
• Ensure the solution is easy to maintain by promoting good design and code refactoring.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to guarantee the product’s technical sustainability.
• Produce clear and effective technical documentation.

Level 3 Support (10%):

• Investigate issues reported by clients.
• Train Level 1 and Level 2 support teams on technical updates for each version.

Planning and Content Preparation (10%):

• Support the technical lead in planning new releases.
• Conduct complex technical analyses.
• Analyze and validate Product Manager requirements to determine project feasibility.
• Evaluate and provide high-level estimates.

Requirements:

• University degree in Computer Science or equivalent
• At least 7 years of programming experience
• Experience with complex software
• Experience working with external consultants
• Strong programming knowledge (C#, .NET Core, Angular)
• Solid database knowledge (MS SQL)
• Good understanding of programming best practices
• Familiarity with DevOps practices
• Knowledge of Visual FoxPro 9 considered an asset
• Bilingual (French and English)
