Full-Time Senior Quantitative Analyst

• Create and refine selection lists using predictive models and advanced analytics.
• Create and manage campaign files.
• Build and maintain marketing creative databases.
• Identify and evaluate new population segments, products, and markets.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with creative teams to assign and refine campaign assets; design and analyze A/B tests.
• Translate marketing performance into business impact.
• Monitor and assess channel performance against forecasts.
• Deliver compelling presentations and strategic recommendations to stakeholders.

• Bachelor's degree in business, Data Analytics, Marketing, or related field; MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in business strategy, performance measurement, or analytics within financial services.
• Experience with list-based marketing strategy (e.g., direct mail, email).
• Proficiency in SQL and advanced data analytics; ability to independently query and analyze data sets.
• Strong knowledge of data visualization tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to synthesize strategy and performance insights for diverse audiences.
• Proven ability to link business strategy to marketing KPIs, optimize campaigns, and influence high-impact decisions.

• Experience in consumer lending.
• Experience leveraging generative AI tools.
