The Mission: The Senior Quantitative Project Manager is a communication and relationship liaison between M3, clients, and other project teams. You will directly manage all aspects of each project on time and within budget.
Ideal for: Someone with international online market research experience, focusing on healthcare, sampling, survey recruitment, and team collaboration.
- Manage international quantitative market research projects throughout the entire project lifecycle, including client management, partner management, healthcare professional and consumer sampling.
- Work with various teams to set up and test surveys, prepare and send samples, conduct quality/audit checks, manage respondent inquiries and honoraria, and handle other online research components.
- Coordinate and lead project kickoff meetings to ensure all parties understand specifications, client needs, timelines, and responsibilities.
- Manage vendor relationships to ensure accurate and timely deliverables, communication, and issue resolution.
- Monitor project productivity and data collection quality, producing regular status updates and progress reports.
- Manage study profitability by monitoring and accounting for all project costs.
- Collaborate with sales and operations to address issues and improve research study performance.
- Support international teams outside of US business hours, independently.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- 5+ years' experience in market research project management, preferably in healthcare.
- Self-motivated, excellent time management, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, quickly resolving issues and proactively identifying potential problems.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Basic math skills (incidence rate, response rate, honoraria, profit, etc.).
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word) and ability to learn new technologies/software quickly.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects accurately and on-time in a fast-paced environment.
