Contractor Senior Regional Program Manager

• The Senior Program Manager leads the planning and implementation of all aspects of Asia Community Preparedness and Transformation (ACT II) program.
• Ensures the integration and success of programmatic activities.
• Supports the establishment of a body of evidence demonstrating impact.
• Acts as the primary representative for senior-level communication in collaboration with participating countries and stakeholders.
• Responsible for further development opportunities within the existing donor.

• Lead the development of in-country strategies for the program ensuring alignment with Oxfam Humanitarian goals and donor expectations.
• Partner with in-country officers to develop annual operational plans and budgets.
• Provide guidance and mentorship to country teams.
• Build and maintain relationships with country and regional teams and other Oxfam affiliates.
• Lead the allocation of the Emergency Response Fund.
• Ensure program quality by facilitating robust Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability and Learning (MEAL) mechanisms.
• Coordinate regional learning events and research reports.
• Prepare reports to donor(s) and provide expert knowledge to countries in drafting reports.
• Coordinate learning and communication strategies.
• Organize quarterly Steering Committee meetings.
• Collaborate on strategic fundraising initiatives.

• Work effectively and collaboratively in support of building a team-based, problem-solving work.
• Serve as a professional representative of Oxfam America.
• Commitment to promoting gender equity, racial equity, and diversity.
• Accountable for activities contributing towards a safe workplace environment.
• Must be available for periodic international travel, up to 35% of the time.
