Full-Time Senior Research Analyst

• Participate in the development and refinement of forecasting models to support enterprise-wide projections.
• Develop and maintain documentation and reporting frameworks.
• Provide subject matter expertise in risk analytics.
• Work cross-functionally with partners to drive insights.

• Work with teams across Aledade to understand questions and issues for data analysis.
• Design and execute analyses to support risk adjustment.
• Work closely with other team members on forecasting and modeling MA risk scores.
• Design statistical analyses to answer key business questions.
• Perform data analysis and statistical modeling to generate actionable insights.
• Support junior colleagues in programming, model implementation and knowledge transfers.
• Work across teams to synthesize results, identify implications of analysis results and translate findings into action.
• Lead development of analytic products that communicate insights from the data and inspire action.
• Work closely with engineering, business intelligence and product partners to enable analytic solutions.
