Full-Time Senior Revenue Operations Analyst

• Your primary goal will be to ensure our sales strategy is effectively executed through well-designed processes and systems, making our sales teams more efficient and successful.
• You will partner with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, and Enablement to support critical workflows and drive impactful change.

What you’ll do:

• Define and execute data hygiene strategies to improve CRM data accuracy.
• Support sales teams with tactical activities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, RevOps, Enablement, and Data Engineering.
• Lead and implement scalable process improvements across tools like Salesforce, Gong, and Outreach.
• Develop and execute data-driven strategies to improve sales performance.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards.
• Document business processes, best practices, and tool usage.
• Conduct training and create resources to drive user adoption.
• Stay current on Salesforce and revenue tech best practices.

What we’re looking for:

• 5+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations or analytics roles.
• Proven success in improving CRM data quality and optimizing processes.
• Proficiency in Salesforce Reports & Dashboards, Excel/Google Sheets, and BI tools.
• Experience with sales engagement tools like Gong, Outreach, and ZoomInfo
• Strong attention to detail, systems thinking, and an understanding of the end-to-end sales process
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to bridge the gap between technical and non-technical stakeholders
• A self-starter mindset with a passion for solving problems and improving workflows
