Full-Time Senior SaaS Systems Engineer

The SaaS Systems Engineer will be part of a team responsible for day-to-day operation of various SaaS delivery environments, ensuring reliability, scalability, and quality of service.

Responsibilities include: Day-to-day monitoring of production environments to ensure optimal service delivery and SLA (Service Level Agreement) adherence. Identifying optimization opportunities and problem-solving across applications, shared services, middleware, and databases. Operating and maintaining systems for customer provisioning, and proactively addressing trends to remain ahead of customer needs/corporate requirements. Participating in software design and development for operational efficiency and architecture services. Software deployment and configuration management in QA and Production environments. Developing tools/utilities to support operations and SaaS service delivery. Providing Level 2/3 support for customer issues. Maintaining and improving IT infrastructure (servers, laptops, networks, telecommunications). Delivering exceptional help desk support to employees. Managing vendors for hardware, software, and services. Identifying systems deficiencies and recommending solutions. Documenting forecasts, plans, and resolutions. Innovating and driving adoption of tools, technologies, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement.
