Full-Time Senior SAP S/4HANA Manufacturing Consultant

We are seeking a skilled Senior SAP S/4Hana Manufacturing Consultant to join our team. This role is essential in driving the successful implementation and optimization of SAP S/4Hana within a pharmaceutical environment.

The ideal candidate will have strong experience in manufacturing processes and expertise in SAP S/4Hana, particularly in pharmaceutical industry applications.

1. Drive the design, implementation, and optimization of SAP S/4Hana manufacturing modules tailored to pharmaceutical manufacturing processes.
2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze business requirements and deliver effective SAP solutions.
3. Provide guidance on SAP best practices for production planning, shop floor control, and materials management, ensuring efficient operations.
4. Configure SAP S/4Hana systems to meet industry-specific regulatory and quality standards.
5. Conduct workshops, training sessions, and stakeholder meetings to facilitate knowledge transfer and smooth system adoption.
6. Serve as the primary expert for troubleshooting and resolving complex SAP manufacturing process issues.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of experience in SAP S/4Hana manufacturing modules with a focus on implementation and optimization.
• Comprehensive understanding of manufacturing processes, with experience in the pharmaceutical industry preferred.
• Proficiency in SAP modules, including Production Planning (PP), Quality Management (QM), and Materials Management (MM).
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail in delivering SAP solutions that meet regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.
