Our client is a trusted partner in the financial-banking sector in Germany.
Responsibilities:
  • SharePoint Expertise: Ensure the smooth operation, optimal performance, and continuous availability of SharePoint environments.
  • Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Provide advanced support for SharePoint-related issues.
  • Security and Compliance: Design and implement robust security protocols to safeguard SharePoint environments from unauthorized access.
  • Collaboration and Training: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, providing technical expertise for SharePoint-related projects.
  • Configuration and Administration: Oversee the configuration, maintenance, and administration of SharePoint environments.
  • Ticket Management: Manage and resolve support tickets using ticketing system.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Plan, coordinate, and execute SharePoint upgrades, migrations, and patches.
Must have:
  • Proven experience as a SharePoint Administrator or in a similar role, with a minimum of 3 years managing complex SharePoint environments (on-premises and cloud-based).
  • Hands-on experience with configuration, administration, and optimization of SharePoint environments.
  • Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards for SharePoint environments.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver within deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English, both written and spoken.
Nice to Have:
  • Certifications related to SharePoint or M365 services.
  • Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation for managing and optimizing SharePoint environments.
  • Familiarity with M365 services and their integration with SharePoint.
  • Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within SharePoint.
