Full-Time Senior SharePoint Administrator with German

Job Responsibilities

• Ensure smooth operation, optimal performance, and continuous availability of SharePoint environments (on-premises and cloud-based).
• Provide advanced support for SharePoint issues, diagnosing and resolving complex problems.
• Implement robust security protocols for SharePoint environments, ensuring adherence to standards and policies.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams for SharePoint projects, facilitating user training.
• Oversee configuration, maintenance, and administration of SharePoint environments (site collections, permissions, workflows, and third-party integrations).
• Implement governance policies, ensuring compliance.
• Manage and resolve support tickets using a ticketing system, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs.
• Plan, coordinate, and execute SharePoint upgrades, migrations, and patches.
• Evaluate and implement new features to enhance functionality.

Requirements

• Proven SharePoint Administrator experience (minimum 3 years managing complex on-premises and cloud-based environments).
• Hands-on experience with SharePoint configuration, administration, and optimization.
• Strong understanding of security best practices and compliance standards.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English.

Nice to Have

• SharePoint or M365 certifications.
• Experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
• Familiarity with M365 services and SharePoint integrations.
• System monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting experience.
