Full-Time Senior SharePoint Consultant

Overall Purpose of Job: At KOSTAL, we run a large MS-SharePoint farm for internal communication and are transitioning to O365.

Main tasks, roles and responsibilities:

• Detail solution design with solution architects.
• Develop SharePoint add-ons and Nintex workflows per business partner requirements.
• Create SharePoint project rooms/communities following KOSTAL best practices.
• Evaluate and integrate new collaboration tools.
• Provide user support, incident handling, and service fulfillment for the tool landscape.
• Test and document.
• Potential service ownership for one or more collaboration applications.

Special Tasks/ Key challenges: Participate in O365 project.

Experiences and requirements:

• Education: University degree in IT or similar.
• Work experience: 4 years of experience in MS-SharePoint.

Technical/ IT knowledge:

• Experience creating Nintex workflows
• General IT infrastructure knowledge
• Interface and REST-API knowledge
• Scripting language knowledge (PowerShell, JavaScript, Visual Basic)
• Experience with web technologies

Language: Fluent English; other languages as needed.

Required Skills and Competencies:

• Experienced working in international, virtual teams.
• Confident moderating meetings, workshops, and training in English.
