Job Details
Due to continued growth, we are seeking a Senior Site Contracts Manager to oversee clinical study agreement negotiations and act as a subject matter expert.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee negotiations of clinical study agreements (CTAs) and drive document finalization.
- Provide oversight of contract & budget negotiations, manage escalation of queries.
- Plan the Clinical Site Agreement (CSA) execution strategy.
- Lead CSA negotiations on a study level and drive finalization as per timelines.
- Create and maintain document status reports.
- Manage site and study level discussions with stakeholders around fair market value of investigator budgets.
- Establish strong working relationships with Sponsors.
- Be accountable for Site Contracts delivery.
- May oversee people management activities.
Ideal Candidate:
- BS degree in law, business, life sciences, or equivalent.
- Strong CRO operational experience in Site Contracts Management.
- Thorough knowledge of applicable regulations and clinical project management procedures.
- Good presentation, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in MS Office.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong leadership skills.
