Full-Time Senior Software Engineer

Role Overview:

As a Senior RPA Developer, you will be instrumental in developing and deploying robotic process automation solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their needs, design effective automation solutions, and ensure that these solutions are implemented efficiently. Your role will include hands-on development using Blue Prism, as well as working with SQL/No-SQL databases and RESTful web services.

Key Responsibilities:

• Solution Development:
  • Develop software solutions by studying information needs, consulting with users, and analyzing systems flow, data usage, and work processes.
  • Design and implement RPA solutions using Blue Prism, ensuring that system specifications and programming standards are met.
  • Prepare and install solutions, including system design, standards, and programming.
• RPA Implementation:
  • Lead the design and development of RPA processes to automate business operations.
  • Collaborate with the RPA team to ensure seamless integration and deployment of automation solutions.
  • Manage infrastructure related to RPA solutions, including setup, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Collaboration and Continuous Improvement:
  • Work with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand their automation needs.
  • Participate in process discovery and solution architecture to ensure effective automation design.
  • Engage in continuous improvement activities to enhance the performance and efficiency of existing RPA solutions.
• Technical Expertise:
  • Utilize your expertise in SQL/No-SQL databases and RESTful web services to support automation projects.
  • Apply knowledge of programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python to develop and refine automation solutions.
  • Leverage experience with web development technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, and HTTP protocols, to support various automation tasks.

Mandatory Skills:

• 8 years of hands-on experience in RPA development, with at least 4 years specifically using Blue Prism.
• 8 years of hands-on experience with SQL/No-SQL databases.
• 8 years of experience with RESTful web services.

Desirable Skills:

• 4 years of experience in programming languages such as C#, Java, or Python.
• 4 years of experience in process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
• 4 years of experience with web development technologies, including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol.
• 4 years of experience with JDBC API development.
• 4 years of experience with Microsoft Azure infrastructure, including QA and troubleshooting.
