Role overview: As a Senior Software Engineer on the Platform Engineering team you will design, build, and maintain systems and infrastructure to support Omada's digital health programs, ensuring operational integrity and improving DevOps processes.
Responsibilities:
- Build and scale cloud platform infrastructure supporting personalized member experiences.
- Maintain operational integrity and reliability of platform systems and services.
- Improve developer productivity through DevOps tooling, automation, and infrastructure-as-code.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product engineering, InfoSec, IT and stakeholders; participate in pair programming and technical decision-making.
Qualifications & attributes:
- Hands-on experience building scalable cloud infrastructure and platform services.
- Strong DevOps and infrastructure-as-code experience.
- Ability to design solutions, work with stakeholders, and deliver high-quality technical work.
- Collaborative, eager to learn new technologies, humble and flexible in thinking.
