NVIDIA is seeking a Solution Engineer to join our team focusing on the NVIDIA AI Enterprise product line. You will work directly with customers to address issues, find solutions, and keep them updated on progress.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support to NVIDIA Enterprise customers.
- Answer questions, reproduce, resolve, or escalate customer issues.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on customer issues, providing logs, reproduction information, and other triage data.
- Develop and maintain product and support tools.
- Manage customer issues from start to finish.
- Document customer interactions and enhance our knowledge base.
- Develop features and tools to support AI Enterprise technologies.
- Occasional weekend/holiday work for customer support.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 5+ years of engineering experience, with a proven track record in AI/ML projects or enterprise solutions.
- Strong understanding of Linux and troubleshooting/optimizing AI/ML workloads.
- Solid AI/ML expertise.
- Excellent communication skills, adaptable to various technical levels.
- Strong follow-up and organizational skills.
- Proficient in Python programming, including script development and custom tool creation.
- Experience with parallel programming or GPU acceleration (CUDA) is beneficial.
Bonus Points:
- Experience with Chatbots, RAG pipelines, vector databases, distributed training/inference.
- Cloud/virtualized environment development experience.
- Experience with containerization (Docker/Kubernetes).
- Familiarity with deep learning frameworks (PyTorch/TensorFlow).
- C/C++ development experience.
Compensation:
Base salary range: 132,000 USD - 258,750 USD. Compensation depends on experience, location, and similar roles.
