Role: Senior Support Specialist (Remote within India)
SHIFT: 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM IST Monday thru Friday
Support customers and professionals throughout the region. Part of the Support Team supporting HR, IT, Finance, and benefits queries.
Handle all day-to-day queries with resolution for all in-scope verticals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help Desk Support: Troubleshooting client problems, identifying and resolving issues.
- Managing high volumes of workload without compromising support quality, leveraging troubleshooting and multitasking skills.
- Organizing and maintaining employee records via a proprietary platform: input, update, and maintain customer/professional data, process forms related to HR activities (new hire, change of status, benefits, terminations).
- First point of contact for HR, IT, or Finance inquiries, communicating effectively verbally and in writing (email, phone, etc.).
Skills and Experience:
- 3-5 years of Global Shared Services experience, at least 6 months in HR Shared Services (Hire to Retire Model), IT Level 1 Support, or Finance Shared Services (Payroll, Billing, Invoices, Benefits).
- Proficient in written and verbal English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and knowledge of HR procedures and policies.
- Strong administrative background, meticulous attention to detail, MS Office literacy.
- Customer-oriented, adaptable to diverse customers.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Proven work experience in similar shared services positions.
- Ability to work in international teams with diverse backgrounds.
- Ability to manage and meet SLAs and KPIs in a dynamic, rapidly changing environment.
Experience Required: 4+ years of experience in providing technical assistance
