As a Systems Engineer III, you’ll be at the forefront of designing, implementing, and maintaining a robust hosting infrastructure. You’ll tackle challenges head-on, using your expertise to resolve complex technical issues and ensure seamless operations across multi-site networks. You’ll also play a key role in mentoring team members and driving technical innovation.

Responsibilities:

  1. Architect, implement, and tune an enterprise datacenter environment, including multi-domain Windows Infrastructure, storage arrays, virtualization, and cutting-edge blade technology.
  2. Monitor resource usage and optimize performance, ensuring reliable capacity planning for future growth.
  3. Develop proactive procedures to minimize outages and enhance service continuity.
  4. Create and maintain detailed configuration and support documentation for seamless operations.
  5. Deliver technical assistance and professional support to staff, administrators, vendors, and partners.
  6. Resolve escalated help desk service requests with efficiency and expertise.
  7. Manage assigned projects to meet organizational objectives and timelines.
  8. Lead technical initiatives and mentor team members, fostering professional growth and collaboration.
  9. Oversee multi-site network operations and ensure consistent software application performance and regular maintenance.
  10. Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 operational excellence.
