The Senior Technical Consultant plays a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of customer implementation projects. Acting as the primary point of contact for professional services engagements, you will lead the planning, execution, and coordination of project activities across internal teams—ensuring delivery meets quality, budget, and timeline expectations.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders across Product, Engineering, and DevOps to align customer needs with our technical capabilities.
Deliver exceptional communication and guidance to clients throughout their journey.
- Taking ownership of a portfolio of client implementation projects and delivering them successfully.
- Collaborating across Product, Engineering, and DevOps teams to prioritise and plan delivery.
- Providing clear and timely updates on project progress, performance, risks, and costs.
- Acting as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding.
- Capturing and sharing customer feedback to inform and shape the product roadmap.
- Supporting quality assurance processes and continuous delivery improvements.
- Representing the Delivery team in pre-sales discussions, BAU processes, and support-related activities.
