Full-Time Senior Technical Curriculum Developer

As a Senior Technical Curriculum Developer, you'll design and develop engaging learning experiences to empower users to master Cribl's data management solutions.

Collaborate with subject matter experts, leverage your product knowledge, and apply your instructional design expertise to craft high-quality courses and curriculums for Cribl University.

Responsibilities:

• Design and develop engaging technical learning materials.
• Collaborate with technical experts to clarify complex concepts.
• Create impactful training addressing real-world user needs.
• Ensure content consistency and quality.
• Develop hands-on exercises, interactive activities, and assessments.
• Create supporting materials (videos, demos, simulations).
• Maintain and update content in the LMS.
• Contribute to the education roadmap and strategic direction of Cribl University.
• Meet deadlines and deliver high-quality work.

Requirements:

• Technical knowledge of Cribl products and data concepts (data formats, pipelines, challenges).
• Instructional design expertise, proven ability to create high-quality training materials.
• Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in authoring tools (Articulate, Captivate) and LMS.
• Ability to create interactive learning content (labs, simulations).
• Experience with relevant technical tools (JavaScript, Regex, Google Suite, markup languages, Bitbucket).

• Thinking outside the box to present technical information effectively
• Creating visually appealing materials (diagrams, flowcharts)
• Weaving compelling narratives and real-world examples
