Full-Time Senior Technical Recruiter

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with candidates throughout the full recruiting lifecycle.
• Qualify applicants for technical roles based on hiring manager criteria.
• Source passive and active talent via various channels.
• Manage pipelines and streamline workflows using ATS and other tools.
• Provide timely follow-up and feedback to candidates.
• Collaborate with consultants and hiring managers.
• Support onboarding and new hire transitions.
• Participate in client-facing activities.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in technical recruiting, preferably from an agency or staffing background.
• Demonstrated success in full-cycle recruiting.
• Experience conducting interviews and negotiating offers.
• Familiarity with ATS and recruiting platforms.
• Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
• Self-motivated and adaptable in fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have:

• Experience recruiting within the Microsoft ecosystem.
• Sales acumen or strong network.
• Familiarity with HR and payroll systems.
