Job Details
Active Directory hands-on experience in a multi-site/multi-domain/multi-forest environment required.
Good understanding of core concepts such as MFA and Azure AD.
Experience with understanding GPO requirements for AD services.
DNS administration and troubleshooting.
Ability to design, implement, and troubleshoot Directory Synchronization and Federation Services for Azure AD.
Work with member firms to ensure support for O365 Exchange Online and Exchange on-premises services.
Support, sustain, and upgrade all components for direct email delivery, including Exchange server software, email security systems, email archiving, and Discovery services.
Utilize technical expertise in daily operations and support of Office 365 Exchange Online, Exchange 2013/2016, and Office 365 hybrid environments.
Support incident and service management processes for the services.
Establish proactive operational measures to reduce production downtime incidents.
SharePoint online and SharePoint On-Prem Administration.
Experience with Hybrid AD with Managed AD services from Microsoft.
Basic knowledge with M365 and O365 services (Teams, One Drive, and One Note).
