Senior Technical Support Engineer (Microsoft 365) with German

Responsibilities

  • M365 Knowledge: Ensuring optimal performance and uptime for key M365 services (Teams, SharePoint, OneDrive, O365, Exchange/Outlook Client). Regular monitoring for reliability and efficiency.
  • Issue Resolution and Troubleshooting: Providing advanced support for M365 issues, diagnosing and resolving problems promptly.
  • System Upgrades and Enhancements: Conducting upgrades, patches, and enhancements to maintain system integrity and performance, ensuring services are up-to-date.
  • Security and Compliance: Implementing and upholding security protocols, ensuring compliance with industry standards and organizational policies.
  • Collaborative Operations: Collaborating with cross-functional teams for smooth M365 service operation and providing technical expertise.
  • Ticket Management: Managing and resolving support tickets, prioritizing tasks to meet service level agreements (SLAs).

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Technical Support Engineer with a minimum of 3 years supporting M365 services.
  • Hands-on experience with M365 configuration and administration.
  • Strong understanding of M365 security best practices.
  • Experience with system monitoring, performance tuning, and troubleshooting within M365.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Proficiency in German (B2/C1) and English (written and spoken).
  • Nice to have: Certifications related to M365 services and experience with PowerShell scripting and automation.
