Full-Time Senior Technical Writer

• Create documentation that transforms platform capabilities and operational processes into guides.
• Maintain documentation across the product ecosystem, from API references to user manuals.
• Lead documentation work streams for major product releases.
• Partner with Product Operations to implement AI-powered documentation workflows.
• Develop documentation strategies that translate complex insurance technology concepts.
• Build knowledge management systems and internal documentation.
• Establish documentation standards and quality frameworks.
• Collaborate with Customer Success and Support teams to identify content gaps.
• Support Product Operations initiatives by documenting processes and workflows.

• Bachelor's degree in Technical Writing, Communications, Computer Science, or related field.
• 4+ years of technical writing experience in SaaS environments, preferably in fintech or insurtech.
• Experience documenting APIs, developer integrations, and technical workflows.
• Proficiency with documentation platforms (GitBook, Notion, Confluence), docs-as-code workflows (Markdown, Git), and API documentation tools (Swagger, Postman, OpenAPI).
• Experience leading and optimizing AI-native workflows for content creation.
• Experience with process documentation.
• Cross-functional collaboration skills.
