Full-Time Senior UI/UX Designer

We seek a Senior UI/UX Designer to lead design of intuitive, data-driven experiences across B2B and B2C platforms, including EMR systems and standalone applications, tailored to healthcare professionals and patients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the end-to-end design process.
• Leverage user research, analytics, and data to inform design decisions.
• Create designs for B2B and B2C platforms, including EMR-integrated applications and patient-facing tools.
• Understand healthcare professional workflows and patient needs.
• Apply modern design principles and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, user research, and clinical teams.
• Conduct usability tests and iterate designs.
• Develop and maintain scalable design systems.
• Stay current with industry trends.

Requirements:

• 8+ years UI/UX design experience.
• Portfolio showcasing complex, multi-platform solutions.
• Experience designing for healthcare or similar regulated industries.
• Experience with EMR systems and decision support tools.
• Strong data-driven design capabilities.
• Proficiency in design tools (Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD) and prototyping.
• Understanding of accessibility standards.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Strategic vision and ability to align UI/UX with business goals.
