About the Team: The Product Design team at Bestow is a passionate team of problem-solvers who support each other and our goals. We work closely with cross-functional teams and partners to deliver flexible and thoughtful user experiences.
About the Role: Bestow is seeking an experienced Senior Designer to join our UX team. You'll shape the user experience for our agent platform, crafting tools that enhance multi-user interactions and support agents in guiding clients through applications. You'll work closely with product, engineering, and business stakeholders to create intuitive, visually compelling, and scalable digital products.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the design process from ideation to execution.
- Mentor team members and lead design initiatives.
- Partner with product managers and engineers to define design strategy.
- Create and iterate on wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs.
- Conduct user research and usability testing.
- Advocate for user-centered design principles.
- Mentor and provide feedback to UX team members.
- Present design solutions to stakeholders.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of professional UX/UI design experience.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma).
- Experience with user research, usability testing, and data-driven design.
- Understanding of design systems, responsive design, and accessibility best practices.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Experience in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience designing for a startup.
- Understanding of front-end and back-end development.
- Familiarity with the insurance or financial industry.
