Full-Time Senior Product Designer

• Define and improve the education experience for students and medical professionals.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Medical teams to understand user needs.
• Design prototypes and validate findings using qualitative and quantitative data.
• Develop targeted learning experiences for professional exams and knowledge acquisition.
• Work closely with teams to ensure a cohesive and personalized user experience.
• Advocate for good design principles, usability, and accessibility.
• Collaborate with user research and data teams to solve key user problems.
• Contribute to the wider design community at AMBOSS.
• Use research to build empathy and understanding of our users.

• Expertise in UX design, information architecture, and visualizing information.
• User-centered design skills with proficiency in Figma and modern prototyping tools.
• Ability to solve complex design challenges while maintaining a user-friendly visual design.
• Passion for implementing user experiences and delivering designs that address user needs.
• Experience working with research data and participating in user research studies.
• Experience working in cross-functional teams.

• Delving into UX challenges and experimenting to find the best solutions.
• Working closely with product management and engineering.
• Exploring new ways of working, e.g. with Artificial Intelligence.
