Full-Time Director, Product Design, AI Growth

Team & Role At ServiceNow, we embrace representation. This role is part of our Product Design team creating product experiences users love. Our designers come from diverse backgrounds. Design collaborates closely with engineering and product management.

This role sits on the AI Growth team, accelerating strategic adoption of AI across the enterprise. We align AI initiatives, bridge silos, and ensure cohesive frameworks for the AI future. We focus on change management, onboarding, and education.

What you get to do:

• Work with Product teams to deliver great UX.
• Change the way people work through design thinking using AI, Machine Learning, and Mobile technology.
• Oversee a portfolio of products, mentor & manage subordinates.
• Work closely with Product and Engineering from strategic definition through tactical execution.
• Lead user needs assessment, task analysis, and develop user profiles.
• Participate in the development and maintenance of the company Design system.
• Oversee UI layouts for software on both mobile and desktop platforms.

Preferred Qualifications:

• 15+ years of relevant design experience.
• 6+ years managing a design team.
• Portfolio demonstrating contributions to design language, strategy, and standards.
• Experience integrating AI into work processes.
• Excellent teamwork, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Obsessed with UX perfection in an iterative and agile environment.

Basic Qualifications:

• BA/BS degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or equivalent experience.
• Experience in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications.
• Experience in user experience design or industry experience.
