Full-Time Staff Product Designer, AI Growth

This role will be on our AI Growth team which accelerates strategic adoption of AI across the enterprise by partnering with business units and product teams to drive innovation, usage, and responsibility.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving. 7+ years of relevant design experience. Experience in developing frameworks and principles to standardize and guide cross-team work.

Basic Qualifications: Experience participating in the complete product development lifecycle of web and/or software applications. Experience in user experience design or industry experience (corporate, software, web or agency)
