Full-Time Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist

Jabra Hearing is seeking a Senior UX Writer & Content Strategist to spearhead the user experience for treating hearing loss.

Role Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to craft content strategy for the website, aligning with user needs and business objectives.
• Develop and optimize persuasive copy for website pages, microcopy, instructional text, and other UX elements.
• Regularly audit website content, recommend updates, and conduct competitive research to improve content effectiveness and user engagement.
• Participate in user research and utilize data-driven insights (e.g., A/B testing) to enhance content.
• Maintain a comprehensive copy library, content style guides, and best practices for consistent messaging and tone.
• Collaborate with the Product Marketing Team on positioning and messaging briefs, creating innovative storytelling methods.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and industry standards for all content and present work to stakeholders (Legal and Senior Leaders).

Qualifications:

• Minimum 4-6 years of UX writing experience in DTC/B2C, and 2+ years in agile product teams.
• Proficiency in Figma and JIRA (or similar tools).
• Strong portfolio showcasing content strategy and UX writing samples.
• Excellent attention to detail, grammar, and strong research/data-driven decision-making abilities.
• Strong time management, prioritization skills, adaptability, and collaborative communication.
• Experience with A/B testing.
• System-thinking abilities and a growth mindset.

Compensation: $100,000 - $130,000 + Annual Performance Bonus
