The client is a leading IT service provider in Germany. Our partnership focuses on delivering advanced infrastructure and automation projects that enhance operational efficiency and drive digital transformation.

Virtualized Environment Management: Administer and maintain Windows Server environments (2016 and newer), with a focus on performance, high availability, and virtualization using Hyper-V and Microsoft Clustering.

Automation and Scripting: Develop and execute PowerShell scripts to automate administrative tasks, streamline operations, and enhance efficiency.

System Maintenance and Compliance: Perform upgrades, patches, and improvements, ensuring systems adhere to ITIL standards and comply with organizational policies.

Issue Resolution: Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues, taking proactive measures to minimize downtime and ensure seamless user experiences.

Collaboration and Security: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain system integrity and security, providing technical expertise for projects and ongoing operations.

Ticket Management: Handle and resolve technical support tickets, prioritizing tasks to meet SLAs and maintain system reliability.

Experience Requirements: At least 5+ years of experience in a virtualized Windows Server environment or comparable qualifications.

Proficiency Requirements: Proficiency in Windows Server 2016 and newer versions, with strong knowledge of Hyper-V and clustering. Advanced PowerShell scripting skills and experience in automation. Familiarity with system management tools and ITIL-based process management.

Personal Attributes: Self-motivated, independent, and responsible, with a confident and assertive approach to problem-solving.

Language Proficiency: Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication skills.
