As the IT Service Desk Analyst, you will provide first-level support, troubleshooting, and resolving technical issues related to hardware, software, and network systems.
Responsibilities
- Customer service support via phone, email and chat.
- Resolving technical issues through troubleshooting and escalation, when required.
- Communicating with customers to keep them updated on progress.
- Working on a shift basis between 7 AM and 7 PM, Monday to Friday.
