This pivotal role involves delivering technical service to global customers, internally and externally, with a focus on Industrial networks.

Responsibilities:
  • Offer technical support and guidance on Rotork products, focusing on Industrial networks.
  • Address customer queries by recreating on-site issues.
  • Identify root causes and provide feedback.
  • Develop product support procedures and documents.

Requirements:
  • Minimum of three years' experience with electrical systems and Industrial Networks.
  • Technical knowledge of Industrial network protocols.
  • Configuration and troubleshooting of Ethernet networks.
  • Ability to interpret complex electrical systems and wiring diagrams.

The ideal candidate should be an analytical problem solver who thrives in a customer service environment.
