We are seeking a talented and experienced ServiceNow Architect to join our growing team.
Design and architect ServiceNow solutions, ensuring scalability, security, and performance.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams, fostering best practices and continuous improvement.
Develop and maintain architectural standards, governance, and best practices for the platform.
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into technical and functional requirements.
Ensure seamless integration between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems, leveraging APIs and integration methods.
Oversee platform upgrades, system performance, and enhancements, ensuring optimal functionality.
Conduct technical reviews and provide recommendations for continuous improvement of ServiceNow implementations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Architect.
- Deep understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and capabilities.
- Experience with integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) is a plus.
