Full-Time ServiceNow Implementation Specialist

Job Title: ServiceNow Implementation Specialist - 100% Remote

Salary Range: $100k - $110K (depending on experience)

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Design, configure, customize, and implement ServiceNow to meet client needs.
• Work with Architects and Business Analysts to understand and document requirements, translating them into ServiceNow solutions.
• Collaborate with teams to implement ServiceNow solutions, aligning with best practices.
• Develop and maintain complex scripts, business rules, and UI policies.
• Assist architects in integrating ServiceNow with other systems.
• Design and configure ServiceNow product suites (HR, CSM, GRC, ITSM, ITOM, etc.).
• Guide developers in building custom applications and processes.

Experience Requirements:

• 3+ years of relevant experience
• 2+ years of experience with CMDB Implementation
• Demonstrated expertise in at least two SNOW modules (e.g., ITSM, CSM, SecOps)
• Expertise in web development (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
• Proven ability to set up ServiceNow using various tools (Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, FlowDesigner, ACLs, Script Includes, UI Scripts).
• Experience with JavaScript/GLIDE and HTML5 technologies.
• Expertise with REST/SOAP APIs for integrations.

Education: Bachelor's degree preferred

Clearance Requirements: US Citizenship required; Public Trust or ability to obtain one
