Role: ServiceNow IRM/GRC Developer
Location: Pune / Hybrid
Experience: 4-6 years
Certification: Good to have (ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certified preferred)
Must Have: Hands-on development experience in ServiceNow IRM/GRC
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, configure, and customize ServiceNow IRM/GRC applications
- Implement risk, compliance, and audit management solutions using ServiceNow
- Work on workflows, scripting, UI policies, ACLs, and integrations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-performance solutions
- Ensure best practices in ServiceNow development, security, and performance optimization
Required Skills & Experience:
- 4-6 years of ServiceNow development experience, specifically in IRM/GRC
- Strong expertise in ServiceNow scripting (JavaScript, Glide API, Flow Designer, UI Policies)
- Hands-on experience with ServiceNow configurations, workflows, and automation
- Knowledge of third-party integrations, APIs, and CMDB concepts
- Good to have ServiceNow IRM/GRC Certification
