Full-Time ServiceNow N2 Support Consultant

Main Missions:

• Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform, within a 24/7 rotation (morning, afternoon, night).
• Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents.
• Collaborate with N1, N3 teams and developers for escalation and problem tracking.
• Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, operating guides, FAQs).
• Participate in updates, tests and continuous improvement of the platform.
• Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.

Profile:

• Bac +3 to Bac +4 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
• 2 to 3 years of experience on ServiceNow, ideally in support or administration roles.
• Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
• Ability to work in 24/7 rotation (including weekends and holidays according to schedule).
• Good written and oral communication in French.
• Sense of service, reactivity, autonomy and rigor.

Desired Technical Skills:

• ServiceNow Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
• Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy, Freshservice…)
• Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow administration (an asset)
