Job Details
Main Missions:
- Provide level 2 application support on the ServiceNow platform, within a 24/7 rotation (morning, afternoon, night).
- Diagnose and resolve complex technical or functional incidents.
- Collaborate with N1, N3 teams and developers for escalation and problem tracking.
- Maintain up-to-date technical documentation (procedures, operating guides, FAQs).
- Participate in updates, tests and continuous improvement of the platform.
- Contribute to the automation and optimization of processes.
Profile:
- Bac +3 to Bac +4 in Computer Science, Information Systems or equivalent.
- 2 to 3 years of experience on ServiceNow, ideally in support or administration roles.
- Good knowledge of ITIL processes.
- Ability to work in 24/7 rotation (including weekends and holidays according to schedule).
- Good written and oral communication in French.
- Sense of service, reactivity, autonomy and rigor.
Desired Technical Skills:
- ServiceNow Modules: Incident, Problem, Change, CMDB, Service Catalog
- Knowledge of similar tools (Jira, Remedy, Freshservice…)
- Knowledge of scripting (JavaScript, Glide) and ServiceNow administration (an asset)
