ServiceNow SME is responsible for leading the design, implementation, and optimization of ServiceNow's HR Service Delivery (HRSD) and Workplace Service Delivery (WSD) modules within FDIC Divisions and Offices, supporting IT business needs.
Salary: Up to $195,000 (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Process Improvement & Optimization:
- Assess operational and functional baseline of organizations.
- Identify IT inadequacies affecting functional area goals.
- Collaborate with HR and workplace teams to analyze processes and identify automation opportunities.
- Design and implement streamlined workflows leveraging ServiceNow capabilities to increase efficiency.
- Analyze workflows, associate them to products, and recommend improvements.
- Advise on innovative approaches to process automation.
- Identify opportunities for business value from ServiceNow offerings, data reuse, and configurations.
- Identify automation and efficiency gains.
- Collaborate with FDIC governance bodies (CTRB, CCB, SIA) and follow release management guidelines.
- Align ServiceNow capabilities with industry best practices.
- Stakeholder Engagement:
- Provide industry vision and strategic direction to senior managers.
- Liaise between CIOO technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure system configurations meet business needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for user adoption and feedback.
- System Maintenance and Support:
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues.
- Manage regular system updates and ensure compliance.
- Documentation and Training:
- Develop comprehensive documentation for configurations, workflows, and procedures.
- Provide training and support to end-users.
