Job Details
You will be fully integrated into Global Tooling & Automation entity, especially into the ServiceNow team. You will be responsible for two internal ServiceNow Platforms in terms of architecture, guidelines, recommendations and work with delivery team.
You will be fully involved into evolution of both platforms and integrations of new modules.
Responsible of the architecture, performance and methodology of both platforms and their modules (ITSM, CMDB, TPSM, CSM, SPM, ITOM).
Work closely with product owners to understand business requirements and define how it will be integrated.
Lead workshops to gather requirements.
Design and configure application, integrations and workflows to meet expectations and constraints, ensuring they are designed with a focus on scalability, reliability and maintainability.
Work closely with developers in the implementation and delivery, ensuring that they meet requirements and quality standards.
Work closely with technical leaders of both platforms.
Define the best way to put in place new features or interconnections.
Be part of the Inetum ServiceNow Architects community.
Stay up to date on the latest IT features and functionalities based on the company service portfolio and provide recommendations.
Participate in pre-sales activities including proposal developments and presentations to potential customers, especially for interconnection between our ITSM and their own one.
Analyze potential issues and present written or verbal suggestions for solutions.
Define high and low-level solution designs.
Assess current mode of operation and define future mode of operation based on the architecture vision.
Provide training and guidance to team members, enhancing their understanding of SNOW CMDB architecture and mapping.
Suggest and execute implementation best practices, where relevant.
Analyze issues and suggest solutions.
Create necessary documentations such as design documents, functional specifications and/or test suites.
Assist and help team to take ownership of implemented solutions.
Comply with Inetum Training and Certification program.
Ready to travel to meet delivery teams and plan some workshops, or in case of pre-sales needs.
Bachelor's degree or Master degree in IT domain.
3 to 5 years of relevant experience in ServiceNow Solution architecture.
Moderate Data Analysis and Data Modelling skills.
Moderate scripting skills in any of the following: javascript, python, powershell, bash.
Excellent written and verbal English language.
French language would be considered a plus.
Experience and knowledge with ServiceNow CMA/CTA or TOGAF or IT4IT.
Moderate scaled agile framework understanding.
Knowledge of Architecture Modeling tools such as Lucidchart, Miro, ArchiMate, Enterprise Architect, etc.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Ability to meet deadlines working under pressure.
Ability to work independently.
